Here I go!!!!!!!!

Like we said he is not afraid. Ethan is the only one in his class that refuses Tia's help.

Ethan's Swim Lessons

Now it's time for Ethan's blog exposure! We pretty much dedicated the summer to Brandon and his sports so now it's Ethan's turn. Ethan loves the water and would probably love to be in it 24/7. So we signed him up for swim lessons with his Aunt Tia. So far so good. This kid is not afraid of anything.

Best news of the summer

I'll let this picture do all the explaining. After a year or so of trying it finally happened!!

Community Ed Soccer

When he wanted Brandon could do awsome moves with the soccerball.

Brandon and the Red Fire were sizzling this summer. His team did really well and lost only one match. Brandon likes soccer and right now is probably his 2nd favorite behind baseball. Brandon wants to be better but will need to practice in order to get there. Overall this season was a lot of fun. Machel and I both coached this year and it was very rewarding. Brandon will be moving up to the older league next year.

The Big Bambino

We have to work on his form a bit but that will come

Brandon loves to bat and he loves to crush the ball. His teamates could always count on him to deliver the big hit into the outfield.

More Baseball Pics

Brandon loved to play 1st base and loved to slide whenever he could.

Summer Sports

Well this summer came and went. Brandon was so exited to play sports this year. First up was baseball. His team Underwood Fruit had some very good players and Brandon was one of them. If you ask him what sport he likes the best he always says Baseball!!!! Which is fine with us :)

In July we are scheduled to get new police cars. The City has had Ford Crown Victoria's for a long time now. Our Chief has allowed us to possibly get Dodge Chargers which will look something like this.

This is it! Our house will be sitting right here within the next couple of months we hope.

Our future home site

If everything goes well, we hope to be building later this year. It will be a challenge to build a house that will fit this property due to the slope but we are very optimistic that we will be able to design a house that will work for the property and our family. This will be our view from the living room window looking towards Mt. Hood.

This is Mt. Hood from our front door. As you can see there is alot of snow on the Mountain this year. It snowed a couple of inches a few days ago and yes it was the end of March. The good news is the snow is gone and it starting to look like spring again.

Academy Training

I recently got back from a week long training at the Police Academy in Salem. VEHICLE STOP INSTRUCTOR SCHOOL. If you can believe it, we trained on how to properly conduct vehicle stops. Things are always changing in my line of work and it seems like there is always a better and safer way to stop a vehicle. I figure if it teaches me to be safer then that means I will be better trained to go home to my wife and kids every day. Machel loves it when I'm gone:) No she doesn't. It makes for a long week for both of us. Bad news is I have to go back in a couple of weeks to teach what I learned to the new Police Recruits.

Our two wonderful boys

We are so blessed to have two great boys. For having such an age gap between them, they sure love to be around each other (most of the time). Ethan is such a follower. He always wants to do everthing Brandon is doing. We can't wait for the first baseball game. That day will be very interseting.

2 cool to say Cheese

Brandon on the other hand doesn't really like to say cheese. He just poses for the camera and says nothing. Brandon just started playing baseball again and is so exited! He has been waiting for baseball for some time now.

Say Cheese :)

Ethan loves to pose for the camera and loves to say cheese. He also loves to wear a tie no matter the day. Mom loves to dress up our boys for special holidays.

Easter at the Jubitz

We have not been able to spend as much time as we would like on our new blog. It seems like our lives are way to busy and there is never enough time to get things done. We did have a good Easter though. We spent the day at Pete and Joy's in Goldendale and had a great day. The boys love to be there and me well I just sit around and relax which drives my wife freaking crazy. She on the other hand works her butt off. I guess that's why her parents love her.

Brandon and Ellie on the other hand were a bit more friendly with each other. Brandon and Ethan enjoyed the trip to Fallon. Just a side note for Ellie. Once we were in the car leaving, Brandon began to cry and told us he did not want to leave and he just wanted to stay longer. So if it's ok with you Ellie, Brandon would like to come back and visit :)

This is Emily's town and Ethan found out she meant business!

In the midst of the scavenger hunt for the bifold doors, big Brandon took us to see Lake Tahoe. Brandon, Ellie, Emily and Ethan pose in front of the lake.

Our Road Trip to Fallon

Machel, Brandon, Ethan and I just got home from a road trip to Fallon, Nevada. We spent the weekend with the Bird's at their beautiful new home. While in Fallon, big Brandon took us on a scavanger hunt to search for some bifold doors. Yes it was a long day and even Ethan and Emily were ready to go home!
