If everything goes well, we hope to be building later this year. It will be a challenge to build a house that will fit this property due to the slope but we are very optimistic that we will be able to design a house that will work for the property and our family. This will be our view from the living room window looking towards Mt. Hood.

I am so excited for you guys. How is it going with people checking out your house that you have right now?? I hope that all transitions well and that you guys will be able to enjoy a bunch of land, new house and beautiful view.
